We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional client service. As we expand, we are looking to add individuals with extensive technical expertise, who can work alongside a team and independently to help Rose & Crown continue its growth in a variety of different industries.

Account Manager

Job Description

At Rose & Crown we strive to be client centric and place value on delivering services that go above and beyond their expectations. To help us continue to grow and refine our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced Account Manager to execute various responsibilities. As an account manager, building robust relationships with our clients will be your top priority. Applicants should be proficient with audits, spreadsheets, and other productivity software. If you are someone that finds value in fostering meaningful and long-lasting relationships that move business objectives forward, then this role will be an excellent opportunity for you.

Objectives

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships. 
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs.
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Schedule client and business related meetings.

Qualifications & skills

  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or client service role. 
  • Understanding of project timeline charts (PTC’s). 
  • Experience with CRM related softwares.
  • General understanding of services offered when clients have specific questions. 
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation: Pay is hourly, budget ranges from $25-$35 / hour depending on experience and efficiency.
